About Nota Bene

We like both Paris and Barcelona where people meet at restaurants to have a good time and food. Nota Bene is not a restaurant to go to just once a year. Nota Bene is a place you return to every day.

Naturalness and thoroughness

We emphasize thoughtful preparation and pure taste. We are convinced only good quality and fresh ingredients make up the best food. Bio is not our goal. It is a journey.

Ingredients are the priority

We are proud of our work and we know perfectly well that every single dish stands behind our reputation. This is the reason why we make conscious decisions in picking exclusively seasonal products from small and medium farmers from both Bohemia and Moravia. We have fantastic bio beef, fabulous fish, homebred poultry as well as excellent lamb. We also have our private mushroom picker who supplies us with fresh seasonal mushrooms. This is the cooking we like. And you will like it too.

We love wine

We have selected the best wines available in Bohemia and Moravia. It is a great honour to be able to offer the wines of the top winemakers, such as Jaromir Gala, Jaroslav Springer, Vojtech Kusina or Jiri Hort, and to top it off, for prices that will ruin no one. And no worries, neither beer lovers get a raw deal, as the most talented of the young generation of brewers, Jakub Vesely from Falkon, is brewing for Nota Bene.
